My areas of expertise include family systems therapy, childhood and adolescent concerns, premarital and marital counseling, men’s issues, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I am trained in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) and am a Certified Trauma Specialist. I am also certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Level II. For more than 30 years, I have had the privilege of counseling individuals, couples, and families. I care deeply about people facing the challenges of everyday life and offer practical guidance, therapeutic support, and genuine encouragement within a safe and caring relationship.
